MuscleNerd from the Dev Team has just released the latest redsn0w version 0.9.9b1 with many key improvements, and probably making it the best redsn0w ever developed yet.
One of the key features is that it no longer requires you to point to IPSW file before initiating the jailbreak process. The tool itself will download any necessary files required directly from the Apple server and then stores the files locally for future use (caching)....

Ultrasn0w 1.2.2 was just pushed out today to fix ultrasn0w compatibility issues with iOS 4.3.2. Once you have jailbroken your iPhone 3GS or iPhone 4 with sn0wbreeze or redsn0w, follow the instructions below. iPhone 3GS with baseband 5.14.02, 5.15.04 or 5.16.02 cannot be unlocked with ultrasn0w. It needs to be updated to 6.15.00 (iPad's baseband) first - there is a risk that your GPS may stop working.

They've done it again, just a few days after iOS 4.3.2 was released; thanks to i0n1c's discovery of the jailbreak exploits.
ih8sn0w had just released Sn0wbreeze 2.6 for Windows today that can fully untether jailbreak iOS 4.3.2 running on iPhone 4, 3GS, iPad 1 and iPod touch.

iOS 4.3.2 was just released and ultrasn0w has compatibility issues with this latest version of iOS. However, you can install a patch developed by DjayB6 called Ultrasn0w Fixer for iOS 4.3.2. It's compatible for both 3GS and iPhone 4.
You have to install Ultrasn0w 1.2.1 first before installing Ultrasn0w Fixer.
Steps:
1. Launch Cydia on your SpringBoard.
2. Tap on Manage then Sources.
3. Tap on Edit then Add.

Apple has just released iOS 4.3.2 update for iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPad 2, iPad, and iPod touch 3 and 4. Verizon iPhone 4 users are also included in the update this time with version 4.2.7 released.
