Team Evad3rs has the Untethered Jailbreak for iPhone 5 and iPad Mini on iOS 6
Still waiting for the untethered jailbreak for iPhone 5 or iPad mini? Rejoice, it’s now in the horizon.
Announcing ‘Evad3rs’ (pronounced as “Evaders”) who will be the team to release the untethered jailbreak for iOS 6. This team is made up of seasoned hackers who have always been active in the jailbreak community.
The team members are @pimskeks, @planetbeing, @pod2g and iPhone dev team leader @musclenerd.

He basically warns everyone not to be fooled by fake jailbreakers who may fool people into paying for the jailbreak.
A lot of work has been done of late, and most likely there have been breakthroughs to make the jailbreak on iOS 6.x untethered.
It’s very likely that the iOS 6 untethered jailbreak will only be released after iOS 6.1 is public.
