5. Zephyr
This tweak was just released last week on Cydia under BigBoss repo. It introduced a minor improvement for Apple’s multitasking interface. It doesn’t change much but with this design aspect, it doesn’t take time to get familiar with this tweak. Just a simple slide from the left and right edges of the screen, you can scroll through opened apps. Sliding upward will reveal your multitasking bar. The act of opening your multitasking bar will no longer lead to home button use and abuse.

AnyRing enables you to change your ring tones and SMS tones with any song from your iPhone or recording. You can even select starting/ending point in the song to play when the ringtone is played in real-time. It doesn’t require any audio conversion.

With it you can read and delete E-Mail, post tweet and quick reply/compose SMS from the lock screen.
It costs $9.99 from the Cydia store but that is a small price to pay, although former intelliscreen customers will have the upgrade for just $7.99. 1. Spire
Well Spire was claimed to be the best Cydia tweak ever. It give your non-4S iDevice to acquire the specialty of 4S which is Siri, an intelligent software assistant and knowledge navigator functioning as a personal assistant application for iOS, However, there is still one major obstacle for Spire as it requires an iPhone 4S proxy server in order to actually communicate with Apple’s servers. A proxy server is essentially a middle man that makes requests of another server. In this case, the proxy server receives your Siri requests (e.g., “How is the weather??”) and then fetches a response from Apple’s servers.
Spire is a 100MB download (mostly because you’re actually downloading Siri directly from Apple) so it is advicable to connect to WiFi before you download and install Spire. You can get Spire from BigBoss repo in Cydia for free.

spire is no good caused my apps to not open so had to remove it =(
Do not download Spire, as it has been known to crash any/all apps on your system. It has been the biggest waste of space that I have download from Cydia. It takes up around 150-200MB and you still need a proxy server for this, and most of them are ones that you have to pay for. You better bet is to download Sara and Activator for a better Siri like app.
